Delivery Information
Custom Orders
Our custom-forged wheels are made to order. Due to the bespoke nature of these products, please allow 3–6 weeks for manufacturing and quality assurance before dispatch.
In-Stock Items
Items that are in stock, such as accessories or pre-forged wheels, are typically shipped within 3–7 business days of order confirmation.
Shipping Options
- Secure Home Delivery: We offer insured, trackable shipping across the UK and internationally.
- Professional Fitting: Prefer a hands-on approach? Choose our professional fitting service at our dedicated center. This option is available during checkout or by appointment.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with full tracking details. All shipments are insured to ensure your order arrives in showroom condition.
Returns Policy
Custom-Forged Wheels
Due to their made-to-order nature, custom wheels are non-returnable unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or damage in transit.
In-Stock Products
Returns are accepted for unused, undamaged in-stock items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return or report an issue:

Refunds
